ROOFING:   Gravel spread on 4-ply built up asphalt roofing on fiberboard on R20 rigid insulation on vapour barrier on metal deck, as per approved plans.

HEATING:   One rooftop HVAC unit, as per approved plans.

PLUMBING: Rough-in provisions for one (1), 2-piece washroom, and one (1) appropriately sized water line, as per approved plans.

POWER:   60 Amps, 600 volts to an un-fused disconnect switch.

TELEPHONE:   An empty telephone conduit from Telephone Company demarcation point to designated point within suite , as per approved plans.

LOADING:   One 3'-0 X 7'-0" insulated hollow metal door and pressed steel frame with hardware, as per approved plans.

PARKING:   Fully paved and lined parking areas and driveways, as per approved plans.

SIGNAGE:   Illuminated metal sign box with clear acrylic face, as per approved plans.

LANDSCAPING:  Professionally landscaped areas with irrigation system, as per approved plans.
