PLUMBING: Rough-in provisions for one (1), 2-piece washroom, and one (1) appropriately sized water line, as per approved plans.

POWER:   60 Amps, 600 volts to an un-fused disconnect switch.

TELEPHONE:   An empty telephone conduit from Telephone Company demarcation point to designated point within suite , as per approved plans.

LOADING:   One 915mm x 2134mm insulated hollow metal door with pressed steel frame and door hardware and one 3600mm W. x 4270 mm H., insulated sectional drive-in door with bent steel frame, as per approved plans.

PARKING:   Fully paved and lined parking areas and driveways, as per approved plans.
